We offer fingerprinting services, SAPS police clearances, certified document support, and secure delivery.

2. Fingerprint Quality Guarantee

We will redo fingerprints free if rejected due to our error, with proof of rejection within 14 days.

3. Processing Times

Express: Up to 6 business days | Standard: Up to 25 business days

4. Required Documents

Original passport, ID, marriage certificate (if applicable), divorce decree, and relevant marital documents.

5. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required before processing. No refunds after submission. Errors on our side will be corrected.

6. Liability

We're not liable for delays or errors from third parties or incomplete documents not provided by us.

7. Collection of Certificates

Our Pretoria-based staff collects certificates directly from SAPS CRC for secure dispatch to clients.
